The GuaranteeOur furniture is guaranteed in two ways: Satisfaction and Service.
- Satisfaction — If you don't like it when you get it, you may return it for a full refund, including shipping. You pay nothing.
- Service — If it breaks, we fix it.
Because it is difficult to tell if a chair is comfortable by looking at it, I like to spell out the guarantee for, and my confidence in, the rocking chair: The Weeks Rocker is guaranteed to be the most comfortable, the most beautiful, and the best constructed rocking chair that you have ever experienced or we will refund your money, including all shipping charges. (Over 1790 delivered, three returned.) The full guarantee below covers all our furniture.
The Gary Weeks and Company Guarantee of Satisfaction
You may return any piece of catalogued furniture purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund including all shipping charges. You must retain any crating or packing that was not removed by the carrier in their normal delivery process and repack the furniture for return. Call me. I will arrange to have the carrier pick up the furniture and I will pay the return shipping charges. When I receive the furniture, I will refund all your money, including what you originally paid for shipping.
The Gary Weeks and Company Guarantee of Service
If any* of our furniture breaks or fails during the lifetime of the original purchaser, and as long as there are no signs of abuse or misuse, we will repair or replace it at no charge. If a failure occurs in the first five years of service, we will pay all shipping charges to have the furniture picked up and returned. If a failure occurs after five years of service, but before ten, the purchaser and we will share the shipping charges, one half each. If a failure occurs after ten years of service, the purchaser will pay the shipping charges. (* Rockers used on covered porches and any furniture used in commercial or institutional settings are guaranteed for seven years.)
