The Weeks Rocker in Maple

This photo I took in a labor, delivery, and postpartum room at the Renaissance Women's Center in Austin, Texas.  The rooms were airy and light and furnished in maple — a hard and hardworking wood.  The rocker is there for obvious reasons.

More than once people that I have met in passing have said (in effect) to me, "I had one of my life's finest moments when they handed my newborn granddaughter to me as I sat in your chair."  May we be worthy to provide such service.
