This is our ordering and shipping process:

If the furniture will ship in less than four weeks, we ask for full payment.  If not, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the price of the furniture.  Upon receipt of the payment or deposit, we will mail, email, or FAX an invoice for the sale.  The cost of the furniture, the cost of the shipping, any balance due, and the shipping date will be stated on the invoice.  Sales delivered in Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Seven to ten days before the shipping date, we will contact you to verify that the estimated time of arrival is convenient for you, and we ask for any balance due on the invoice.

Upon confirmation of the shipping date and receipt of any balance due, we send a final statement and a shipping information sheet.  The shipping information sheet gives details of the process, the local phone number of the carrier, and a tracking number for the shipment.

We track the shipment on the internet to ensure its timely progress and, if you desire, will help coordinate the delivery.

You may pay the deposit and final balance by MasterCard, Visa, or check.

If you pay by MasterCard or Visa, we do not have an encrypted way to take a card number online.  Most people call.  Some break the number into two or more email messages.  We need the name on the card, the mailing address of the card, and the three digit code from the back.

If you want to pay by check, we can send the invoice first so you will have the record in hand when you write.
Privacy Policy

In addition to payment we need:

1.)  the address where we send the invoice and other information.  (This can be by mail, email,
or FAX.)
2.)  the name of the recipient and the address where we ship the furniture.  (The carrier will call
to make an appointment, but their windows can be large, as in, all afternoon.  Someone
must be at this address to sign for the shipment.)
3.)  a daytime phone number for the recipient to give the carrier.

For our study and record, we would like to know how you first heard of us:  by web search, ad, friend, etc.

We can also tailor our process for you.  If the furniture is a gift, we can help you keep a surprise. If you want to pay smaller amounts over time, we are happy to keep records and have your furniture ready when you're done.  If you want to trade, we'll consider it.
