Making excellent furniture is one thing, but we are also in the business of getting our furniture to the people who want it.  When an item is picked up by a carrier, I do not consider that we don’t have any further responsibility.  If you have a problem with a carrier, we will solve it.  If your furniture is damaged by a carrier, we will repair or replace it.  You will not have to file a claim or haggle with a bureaucracy.

[ Please note that we do ask our patrons to inspect for damage and describe any on the freight bill they are asked to sign.  This is the only way we can negotiate any compensation from the carrier for ourselves. ]

We have had very little damage.  What damage we have had has been superficial.  The odds are less than 1 in 200.

While a college student, I worked on LTL freight docks at night and during summers.  Handling freight gave me an education in shipping and crate building that I didn't know I was getting or needing.  It has served me well, and we will serve you well.
