Shipping to Canada

We have shipped to five provinces.

Delivery to Canada has three requirements:  the shipping itself, clearing of customs, and collection of any taxes or duties.

BAX Global delivers crated rocking chairs to most points in Canada and can interline for delivery to all.  Travel time is usually 5–7 business days.

Bekins Home Direct delivers dining furniture to most points in Canada.  Travel time is usually 10–14 business days.

We have an account with A&A Contract Customs Brokers.  They will calculate any taxes due and the charges for customs clearance.  We will invoice you for these amounts as part of the shipping so that everything is prepaid.  A&A will clear customs while the furniture is in route.

Please call or email if you would like to know the cost for shipping to a Canadian address.  It takes us a day or two to get a total that includes customs clearance, taxes, and duties.

We can accept VISA or MasterCard for payment and they will handle the currency exchange.

Before shipment we will email, mail, or FAX a shipping information sheet giving a local phone number for the carrier, a tracking number, and other details.
