News From The US
An exquisitely designed and crafted rocker, built from Kane Hardwood black cherry, was the winning entry in the ‘Home Furnishings Over $300’ section of the recent national USA CollinsWood awards for fine furniture craftsmanship, using Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) CollinsWood. The award was presented to Gary Weeks & Company Furnituremakers or Wimberley, Texas. Gary’s rocking chairs are hand built in his shop, where his crew of four build rockers, dining chairs and tables.
