Yes. The chair arrived this week, and we have been using it. It is, of course, beautiful, and generally it meets all of our needs and expectations. As I told Austin when we talked, I was interested in a somewhat higher seat height, and we are evaluating that. I think it will be fine, and won’t know for a few more days. Back to you then.

The rocker arrived yesterday afternoon in perfect condition. I can't thank you all enough for your artistry and professionalism. It truly is the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in and incredibly beautiful to look at. My back instantly felt comfort that I have not felt in years. From my first phone call to Gary to the arrival of the chair yesterday you guys have all been amazing. Thanks again for your beautiful work and increasing the quality of my life.

Hi Gary and Autumn -

I wanted to tell you how beautiful and stunning your cherry footstool is! Wow!
I use it back and forth with a large maple chair that was my dad's and a newer Ethan Allen chair I gave my mom when she turned 90!
It is the perfect size and color. Sometimes I sit on it in the mornings to put my shoes on before I go to work! So glad I found you!
Again - such a beautiful piece of furniture!

Hi Gary,

Thank you for the note. The chair was delivered on Monday without any issue. My wife and I could not be happier with it! The chair puts to rest my preconceived notion that cushioned furniture is by definition more comfortable than wooden furniture. While our current apartment does not have sufficient space, I look forward to the day we can order a dining room table and chairs from your shop!

Dear Gary,

Thirty years ago my wife Judith purchased a maple rocker from you for my birthday. Today it looks the same as when it was packaged and delivered to us. I really have not done anything to it except wipe it clean from time to time. The natural oils from my arms have assisted in keeping it’s natural beauty. It has always been a perfect fit ergonomically and is a joy to sit in and read. The chair has moved with us to the Middle East, Los Angeles (Woodland Hills), Washington DC and twice to Austin.
