Good afternoon,
It's around 4pm and my chair that was scheduled for a 10-2 delivery has arrived. I'm going to guess that the delivery was a sub-contractor for AIT which is understandable but this part of the purchase was less than stellar. 
My chair is finally here and it looks fantastic so that's really what matters. And it fits my 6'3" 240lb body like is was made for me which is absolutely crazy. I don't understand how that's possible.

Received the chair today.  No problems with its condition, arrived safe and sound.  It’s a beautiful chair, and has been placed in our living room area.  I went through all of your construction steps as outlined on your website and can really appreciate the chair is a “work-of-art”!  Figuring on the wood is outstanding!!

The chairs have such a silky and sensual texture and finish ... Everyone that sees and sits in them agrees.  We’ve sat in them now for at least 7 hours. So very comfortable as well as beautiful.

Your carpentry work is excellent and needs to have extended reach into the internet.

...— yes! My wife absolutely loved the rocking chairs. She cried when she saw them, and they’ve really become a symbol of our new home. A friend even made us a housewarming gift of matchbooks with two rocking chairs on the cover. I’m attaching a few photos so you can see how beautiful they look in the space. Just wanted to say the Rocking Chair is fantastic, the joinery and finish is of the highest quality. This was a birthday present for my daughter, and she is over the moon with how comfortable the chair is. The cherry wood is a really nice color and works well with her room.
