Thanks for checking in. The chair has been a huge hit, and in fact I just saw my sister last week for the first time since the pandemic started. I have not had a chance to use it myself, but am hoping to do so when I take a trip out to see her in September.

My parents got to use it when they visited my sister recently and I was informed that my father promptly fell asleep in it.

It was very difficult to stop rocking and send this email. My rocker and side table induce comfort and calm. It may be a while before I'm willing to share. The walnut is gorgeous! I may just sit across the room to admire my new furniture. I could never find anything of this beauty and quality in a store.

Yes, the rockers and footstool arrived in excellent condition last week. We appreciated the packaging design and how well protected they were during shipment.

And, I must say, the design, craftsmanship, and comfort of the rockers is unparalleled. I keep looking at the joinery, the curves, the grain — and I continue to find things that amaze me (especially as a woodworking enthusiast). I continue to run my hands along the edges, and find these complex curves and shapes that are so pleasing to the hand, and the eye. And, to top it off, it’s a real test to see two rockers side by side, and admire the repeatability of your work. We absolutely love them.

In addition, your customer experience has been excellent. From ordering, to payment, to delivery, to followup, and all of the communication along the way. That stuff is not easy to do well, and it is obvious that you put a priority on getting these right. Thank you.

Mr. Weeks,

We received the rocking chair and it is WONDERFUL!! My daughter is visiting with her baby girl and they use it all the time. It is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever rocked in. I told my husband we need a his and hers….he laughed but you never know, haha!
