Dear Mr. Weeks,

I wanted to write to you in order to thank you for sending us a check for the carpet cleaning that had to be done after delivery of our rocking chair. While, I believe it was the shipping company's fault for the damage, it is very refreshing to be able to do business with someone who is willing to take responsibility for mistakes that were made.

We absolutely love our rocking chair and we know that we will love it even more in the years to come. We look forward to doing business with you in the future and we will not hesitate to do so.

I know we aren't supposed to treasure things, but the rocking chair must be an exception. The walnut is just incredible. Thank you very much for picking it out, delivering it, and of course, helping in its construction. Please give my deepest thanks to Gary for making this possible. I can't imagine there being a better rocker made in the whole world. Tell him that he must pass the skill on. One or both of his boys must continue this out.
