The box it was packed in was of more interest to the grandchild & dog.

Hello Everyone —

Just wanted to let my whole family know that the wonderful gift you gave me on my birthday arrived at our home yesterday. It came on a truck and was boxed as if it was the lost ark from "Raiders". Once opened, I knew why. Truly, it is now the most beautiful piece of furniture we have in our home or in Willowbrook for that matter. I've never seen such a work of art like this chair. You can tell that someone spent an awful lot of time and effort into creating such a piece. It's absolutely beautiful, and as comfortable as a leather sofa. Thank-You all very, very much. I can¹t wait to sit in it as I watch A. pace back and forth in the room to try and get the baby to sleep!

Thanks for the email, Gary. Very much enjoying the chair. Beautiful piece. Lovely where it sits in the most prominent spot in our house and comfortable to boot. Thanks for your very careful and precise work. I enjoy it every time I look at the chair. Haven't gotten that first ding just yet. I know it's coming, but for now it still looks like it just came from the shop.

Nap of the rug sends it North a bit, but that's OK.

The whole event inspired me to get my shop back in order. Spent most of Thanksgiving on that project. Had a great time and rediscovered all that stuff I have. I'm not fully back in business yet, but the shop is functional again. Just to prove it I finished a chair I had been neglecting for literally a couple of years.

Looking forward to coming out and visiting again.

I'm so sorry I didn't get to beat you to the punch with an email . . .
The rocker arrived safe and sound and it's beautiful!!! J. just loves it!
I stopped to see it the other day and it was better than I had hoped.
J.'s wife who is 7 months pregnant found it very comfortable!!
You have been wonderful to work with and we were all so pleased to give our brother a 50th birthday gift he could cherish forever, and use daily!

Hi Gary,

I received the chair yesterday and it gathered lots of spectators at work! We were able to fit it in my hatchback for transit home and it's found a temporary home in the middle of our nursery until I can move a bookshelf out of the way. It is just stunning and rocks like a dream. Our little "Peach" (her name for now) and I had a nice rock and read last night before bed. I enjoyed Bela's artwork on the crate lid also, please let her know. Thank you for your work and care in providing us with such a beautiful chair!

Gary,

The rocker arrived when it was supposed to with all well, complete with Wiley Mae's art work which made the box the envy of the neighborhood. I arrived (also all well) slightly later than expected and we finally unpacked the rocker late yesterday. It is both beautiful and comfortable and has gotten a lot of rocking in not very many hours. We love it and it looks fabulous in its new home.
