Dear Gary,

As you are aware, I was in for a wonderful surprise upon my return to my home in Winnipeg. The container was in the garage and it immediately tweaked my curiosity. When Stewart told me it was an anniversary gift I decided to open it a bit later. This allowed some time for a guessing game. Needless to say, I could not figure it out.

What a beautiful rocker. It is a work of art. I wanted to put it on a pedestal so everyone would be able to admire the beauty of the wood but the rocker's form invites me to sit and relax.

I most certainly appreciate your talents as a craftsman. Thank you.

The rocker arrived on time without damage of any kind due it's being very well packed and crated by your staff. The chair is gorgeous — its flowing lines, the way the figure in the wood has been matched, details like the slight bevel in the arms where a person's forearms would naturally rest, and the way it's been oiled are a wonderful example of craftsmanship — is one of the most treasured things in our home. I also want to express my thanks for the regular and ongoing correspondence during the interval from order to delivery. It's been a pleasure to deal with you.

Hi Gary,

I have been meaning to call you all week! The rocker is beautiful!! I haven't brought it into my office yet so I'm not sure how my hip will feel — but so far so good.

I will probably contact you in Sept about a short footstool.

Gary — the rocker was delivered yesterday without any damage to the packaging or the rocker. The rocker is absolutely beautiful, and my wife and I are just thrilled with it. I want to commend you and your company on your fine craftsmanship. The wood, finish and joints are perfect. More importantly, my wife could not believe how comfortable the rocker is. We are proud owners of your work and look forward to a lifetime's enjoyment of it. Your company has two new loyal customers (soon to be three), and we will certainly recommend your company to our family and friends. Just got my rocker. Appears to have made it in fine shape. It looks great in my bedroom.
After a few hours of sitting in it, I'll let you know if it is as comfortable as it is good looking.

Just wanted to let you know how much our son and daughter-in-law appreciate your wonderful rocker. It arrived at their home today in perfect condition. The first words from our son were, "the finish is so spectacular that it feels soft" — followed immediately by, "this is the most beautiful piece of furniture that I have ever seen".

I'd say that is one happy couple!

Thank-you so much for your craftsmanship and devotion to customer satisfaction. I suspect that we may order a rocker for our own home soon.

Hi Gary,

I meant to write you as soon as the chair was delivered on August 2nd, but it turns out we were busy with another delivery that day. Our daughter was born at 10pm! Grandpa came home from the hospital to receive the chair, where it sat until I opened the crate this morning.

It is now our favorite place to nurse, cuddle, and contemplate our amazing little N. (as you can see in the attached picture). The chair is truly beautiful, and I'm very happy with our choice of cherry.

Hi, I finally received my chair today; they forgot to put it on the truck yesterday! It is lovely!!
I can't decide where to put it, it is beautiful and looks nice in the living room but I will use it more in the bedroom so I think that is where it will end up.

I'm very happy with my chair! And I have been comfortably rocking since it got here yesterday morning. It's such a pleasure just to look at. My husband loves it as well!
