Chair arrived yesterday at midday. Wow! I'm impressed with it's looks. Restores my faith that American's really can build things. If it treats my upper and lower back OK, I'll be a very happy customer. Will keep you posted.

My rocking chair was delivered today and it is everything you said it would be. It is a beautiful and well made piece of furniture. It fits better everytime I sit in it. I was also surprised to learn you put some felt on the bottom of the rockers so I would not mar my wood floors — very nice touch.

I am very happy with my purchase and enjoyed doing business with your company.

Was delivered yesterday at precise time trucking co. scheduled, a work of supremely comfortable art, enjoying it very much, thank you. Put a leather seat pad from an old Stickley chair on, kind of nice, maybe a future option?

. . . It's not an easy matter pleasing ones kids with any gift, but A. and B. were frankly giddy about this one. Seems they'll be as happy with theirs as we are with ours. My son, still single at 34, has already spoken for our rocker. We will see if he needs to wait that long.

Finally, and as usual, it was a pleasure working with both you and Austin. Perhaps another day . . .

I have spinal stenosis and have had multiple surgeries. I cannot get comfortable in the rocker as I had hoped. I regret that I must return it.

The rocking chair was delivered on Monday. Love it. Already been on lots of test drives. Garnering lots on compliments about the comfort and looks. Looking forward to years ( generations ) of use. Dear Austin,

We are delighted with the rocking chair.

As it happened the chair shipped the day the baby was born and we were back at home just a few days before it arrived.

Really impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail, also the great simplicity of the piece. And super impressed by the packing for shipment.

Thanks, Austin. Yes, we got the rocker and stool. Unfortunately, we are not comfortable in them. We have tried cushions but can't get comfortable. How do I go about arranging for return?

Thank you, Austin. My wife and I loved the chair — it is beautiful — but we are both pretty bony and just could not get comfortable. I will tell you that several of our friends who saw it asked where we got it, and I was happy to let them know how enjoyable it is to work with you all.
