Gary,

I ordered one of your walnut rockers as a present for my wife for her 60th birthday. She's wanted a rocking chair for quite some time to rock our grandchildren. I can't tell you how happy she is with the chair.

It's more beautiful than I imagined and is extremely comfortable. Our 5'3" daughter and 6'2" son-in-law were there and we all tried it out. I don't know how you did it but everyone who sat in the chair felt it was designed for them. My wife also commented on how 'soft' the wood is because it's so smooth. Never thought I would hear wood described as soft. It's really hard to walk past the chair and not sit down in it and relax for a while.

The service you provide is also top notch and something I really appreciate. You and Austin were very responsive, even though it was during the Christmas holiday. There was great communication throughout the ordering and shipping process. Even Mainfreight, the company you use to ship the chair, provided outstanding service.

It was really a pleasure doing business with your company. Please provide thanks to everyone!

Gary,

You've got a special thing going. And I know you know it. Family is so important. My wife’s father loved the table AND chairs - and you're going to laugh at this one - his favorite part of it (and he would almost purr when he said it, with a glass of wine in hand of course) was how smooth the bottom of the chairs felt to the touch. In his solid thinking, inferior chairs with upholstery and sloppy bottoms were no match.

In May of 2000, shortly after your table graced our very new home at the time, we threw my Mom a surprise birthday party…Thus began many birthdays, Thanksgivings and Christmases afterward.
