Wow, the rocker arrived as promised. The shipping container was fully intact with no signs of being mishandled. After unpacking, the chair was in perfect condition, and beautiful as ever. My mom cried tears of gratitude, and rocked in it with the smile of a happy child on her face. The fit is perfect and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I am sincerely filled with gratitude for the joy that you all have brought to our hearts by creating such a wonderful piece of art that we will enjoy and keep in our family for years to come.

Yes, the rockers and footstool arrived in excellent condition last week. We appreciated the packaging design and how well protected they were during shipment.

And, I must say, the design, craftsmanship, and comfort of the rockers is unparalleled. I keep looking at the joinery, the curves, the grain — and I continue to find things that amaze me (especially as a woodworking enthusiast). I continue to run my hands along the edges, and find these complex curves and shapes that are so pleasing to the hand, and the eye. And, to top it off, it’s a real test to see two rockers side by side, and admire the repeatability of your work. We absolutely love them.

In addition, your customer experience has been excellent. From ordering, to payment, to delivery, to followup, and all of the communication along the way. That stuff is not easy to do well, and it is obvious that you put a priority on getting these right. Thank you.

The chair arrived yesterday in perfect condition. It is absolutely beautiful! It is hands down the finest thing in our little house. Your craftsmanship is amazing and you have created the rocker to cradle adult humans so very comfortably. And it feels wonderful to the touch! That raises my only question. I trust you hand-rubbed it with oil. In the event that I spill something on it, how should I clean it?

I am over the moon that D. thought to order this rocker for me as a gift...

When Forrest called I told him I was tickled to hear from him and he said that he had the world's most beautiful rocking chair on his truck for me. He was not lying! It is absolutely gorgeous! The grain is beautiful, the matching and alignment of the grain on separate pieces is amazing and the workmanship is beyond anything I've seen. Every day I find some detailed piece of craftsmanship that blows me away. If you can't tell, I LOVE the chair.

The one question I have is care and feeding for the chair. From the website it would appear the my rocker has an oil finish and not wanting to do anything that might detract from it's beauty I'd appreciate knowing what you would recommend to clean and treat it. Hi Gary and Autumn – the rocker, footstool and table arrived on Friday, March 5^th.

I must say, the packing in the those containers was so secure. Everything arrived with our a scratch and shipping boxes showed no sign of being dropped or crushed.
