Hello and Happy New Year!!

He's rocking in it now. As I expected, the chair was quite a surprise and an adjustment from what he was sitting in, but he's been in it every day since the 25th, with no complaints. In fact, he even said it's more comfortable than he expected it to be (this is a huge compliment from someone who does not receive gifts well AT ALL).

The delivery arrived without incident on the 22nd. I should tell you that the folks who brought it to me were very helpful unloading, unwrapping and even carting away the packing materials; I think they were eager to see what was inside! It's a beautiful chair, and I know that one day soon, I'll be ordering from you again . . . for me, in walnut!

Hiya Gary,

My rocker was delivered today and I have to say it's the nicest Christmas present I've ever received (except for my Schwinn bike in 1973!). I'm sitting in it now. The first time I sat in it (right after it was unpacked) I started rocking and my first thought was, Now what was bothering me?

We received our chair yesterday in perfect condition. It is beautiful and challenging to hide!!!
The driver/delivery man was very nice and helpful.

The chair Kate ordered was a birthday present for me. I recently suffered a back injury that has made sitting for anything more than 15 minutes unbearable. Your chair is a wonder, allowing me to sit comfortably for hours. That it is a beautiful example of craftsmanship is a bonus.

Hi Gary,

We opened the rocker yesterday. It is gorgeous. As nice as you describe it and better. Ginny is delighted and as she sat and settled in the first time just kept repeating "Oh wow, oh wow". It looks big on her but she is comfortable and that is what counts. Your chair is a work of art and we are proud to have it in our living room. I expect it is a lifetime purchase.

Hi Gary,

I’m just writing to say thank you for the 3 Rockers that arrived safely yesterday. They are the most beautiful Rockers I have ever seen, and look like they have every chance of lasting for several lifetimes. As I had mentioned to you when I ordered the Rockers, they were to be cared for by 3 separate families who have been joined . . . I chose the Rocking chair because it represents the love between a mother and her child.

Please pass on our thanks to all who worked to make them and in particular to your Grandchildren and friends who designed the 3’s, they did a fabulous job and made the chairs extra special.

Gary — we took delivery of the chair and stool on Friday – no problem, everything arrived in fine shape. The rocking chair is beautiful!! We are so pleased with it – its very comfortable, and the workmanship is wonderful. The chair was a gift for the mom-to-be in our family, and she loves it – I told her she could give it to her daughter when the daughter has her own baby.

It was a pleasure to deal with you, I hope we have another occasion to do that.
